We   are   in   Partnership   with   both   communities   -   Viz-Zebediela   Ndebele   Tribal   Community   (ZNTC),   and   the   Mphahlele   Tribal Community   (MTC)   respectively,   by   virtue   of   them   having   been   the   landowners,   the   lawfull   land   occupiers   and   directly affected communities. • The Mphahlele Tribal Community ( MTC ) hold a 26% stake on Vleeiplaats Project. The   Zebediela   Ndebele   Tribal   Community   (ZNTC)   hold   16%   stake,   while   Moletlane   Mining   Company   (Pty)   Ltd   hold   10% stake   in   the   Projects   respectively.   VIZ   :-Volop.Zebedielas   123,   Smugglers   Union   and   Sunmin   hold   a   100%   ownership   in Rooiboschbaak / Groothoek. We    own    the    Rooiboschbaak    /    Groothoek.    Zebedielas    123.    Smugglers    Union,    Volop,    and    Vleeiplaats    Properties amounting   to   nine   thousand   hectares   (9000h)   respectively,   with   various   minerals   including   high   quality   Pgm's,   Chrome, Cobalt, Iron ore, Manganese, Meturllugical Silica, Vanadium ore,  Limestone and Rare Earth .
